These models include Deming prize model, Malkolm Baldrige or American Model for Business Excellence, EFQM-model, and The Australian Business Excellence Framework, "The 4P" model and Kanji's Business Excellence model. This paper presents an analysis of these existing models of Business excellence. Except Kanji's Business Excellence model all other models are National Quality Award winning models from different countries and it is not clear as to how to implement these models.
